FOURTH OF JULY – God Bless America
By Pastor ChrisThe fourth of July is one of my favorite times of the year. It is truly a time to celebrate FREEDOM. It is also a time to realize that FREEDOM ISN’T FREE!!!! Jesus taught us that by giving us Freedom from the wages of our sin – death. We are FREE in Christ…those in Christ are truly free. So this year take the time to tell everyone “HAPPY 4th” and be inspired by the freedom you have in Christ and as an American. We have a lot to rejoice and celebrate about. America is the best place to live in the world. I still get a chill when I see the flag flying high or hear the Star Spangled Banner played!!! This 4th be safe, be grateful to be an American, celebrate our independence form tyranny and our dependence upon God, and rejoice in the freedoms we have while remembering the Freedom isn’t free. Be a true PATRIOT this 4th and be proud that these colors don’t fade and that old glory still flies high. Our freedom comes from God alone…UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL…we are ONE NATION UNDER GOD and I am proud to declare that position…LET FREEDOM RING far and loud!!!!
