Broadman Baptist Church is intentional about living out our faith in our community; therefore we have established a strategic plan that consists of our Core Values, Vision Statement, Purpose Statement and Ministry Goals. This strategic plan provides our church with God-honoring and God-guiding principles that will help Him fashion us into a Church that makes a difference.

| Broadman Baptist Church exists to glorify God by being a prevailing church that relies upon the power of God who has saved and called us according to His purpose and grace. We further exist to make a difference in individuals and families in our local and world-wide communities. |
 WORSHIP — We desire to worship God as a body and equip individuals for lifestyle worship. |
| DISCIPLESHIP — We desire to see people become spiritually mature Christians. |
| MINISTRY — We desire to minister to the needs of the people of God and develop ministry leaders. |
| OUTREACH — We desire to impact and reach out to our community. |
| FELLOWSHIP — We desire to create opportunities to build loving and caring relationships. |
| To become the Spiritual Hub of our community by striving to be a Christ-centered church with ministries meeting people where they are, emphasizing salvation, encouraging spiritual growth and equipping people for ministry. |

| BLESSING — We desire to be blessed by God and to be a blessing to God and others. |
