CHURCH DISCIPLESHIP PROCESS

Broadman Baptist Church believes every believer has to be intentional in their walk with the Lord. The Discipleship process of Broadman Baptist Church is to help believers discover who they are in Christ, develop them into Christ-likeness, and promote ministry involvement out of a personal calling by God that results in God’s blessing.

Making a Difference in lives through SALVATION…Helping believers DISCOVER who they are in Christ…Helping believers DEVELOP who they are in Christ…Helping believers DEPLOY for Christ…Helping believers receive God’s blessing by blessing God and others.

Our discipleship process exists to develop each believer into the fullness of God’s calling for their life. A fine internet resource for discipleship training is REV!.

SALVATION One enters the DISCIPLESHIP PROCESS and gains Eternal and Abundant life through salvation in Jesus, the Christ.

DISCOVERING One identifies with Christ, fellowships with other believers and becomes faithful to the church.

DEVELOPING One grows in the Lord by learning and applying disciplines of the faith. This is done through worship, Life Impact Groups, and discipleship training.

DEPLOYING Fulfilling your calling by learning to serve God through the local church and ministries.

BLESSING Being blessed by God and being a blessing to God and others.
