Children in Action (CIA) – Wednesdays 7:00 – 8:00 PM (summer and fall) (K – 5)Broadman offers something special for kids in grades K – 5 called Children in Action. Every kid is encouraged to become a CIA agent for Jesus. Every kid will be placed on mission for God called Mission Possible. Matthew 19:26 With God all things are possible. Welcome to the NURSERY

W E L C O M E

WELCOME TO THE NURSERY We are glad you came to Broadman. We hope you enjoy the worship experience. Our loving and caring nursery workers are happy your child has come to take part in a fun-filled and safe environment here. Please sign-in at the counter before delivering your child to one of our nursery workers. Make sure there is a CHILD INFORMATION form at the desk. If your child has any food allergies, please advise one of the volunteers and make a notation on the sign-in sheet. In order to provide a safe, nurturing environment for your child, please follow the guidelines below: Only ministerial staff, nursery volunteers, children, Life Impact Group leaders and Children’s Church volunteers are permitted beyond the white nursery gate without permission. Please discourage older siblings from entering the area without permission. All of the child’s belongings must be clearly marked with his/her name (diaper bags, sippy-cups, baby food jars, etc.) Children should be picked up promptly following all worship services. Children in the toddler room are not permitted to bring in any toys and/or personal belongings from home. Such distract from regular classroom activities and they may be a carrier of germs. In the event the parent/guardian wishes their child to be picked up by anyone other than themselves, the nursery staff [gate-keeper of the day] must be informed — in writing — prior to allowing your child to leave the nursery area. Occasionally snacks may be served during Children’s Church. Please be sure to let the nursery volunteer or teacher know if your child has any allergies or if you do not wish for them to be given a snack. For the well-being of all our children, we ask that children exhibiting symptoms of contagious diseases or illnesses not participate in program activities. Please follow GOOD HEALTH GUIDELINES and keep your child at home when you observe any of the following. . FEVER/VOMITING DIARRHEA DISCHARGE IN/AROUND THE EYES GREEN OR YELLOW RUNNY-NOSE QUESTIONABLE RASH EXCESSIVE COUGHING ANY COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OPEN WOUNDS OR LESIONS NOT HAVING BEEN COVERED If your child becomes ill while in the nursery, you will be promptly notified. If a child is being treated with an antibiotic, he/she should have received treatment for at least 24 hours before coming to the nursery. For your child’s protection, we ask caregivers to follow these same guidelines. We hope you enjoyed visiting Broadman Baptist Church.
